Thank you for that pat on the back. While, as you may well imagine, it has taken a bit of doing for the get together to become reality, that having finally happened, I can tell you that we’re all so delighted at the outcome.

I do also owe you an apology for having stood you up when I was recently in the UK. Promise to make up for that whenever I next head in that direction.
